Spryker and collectAI jointly optimize brand experience for online shoppers
Spryker Systems and collectAI agree on a partnership and will officially work together from now on. Merchants using Spryker Commerce OS can now integrate the collectAI software as a white label solution. The cooperation between the provider of an innovative commerce operating system and the digital receivables management company aims to extend brand experience for the end customer.
collectAI’s software automates customer communication from the point of purchase: Digital invoices or payment reminders are sent via SMS, email or letter with an integrated QR-code. An integrated payment link leads to the brand’s landing page offering a wide range of payment options. All interactions are visible in real-time on the platform and provide insights into customer behavior.
Spryker expands its portfolio with the collectAI solution.That the consumer can now pay only part of the shopping basket excluding returned items is a particularly exciting feature.
