Collection rate increased to 95 percent: collectAI manages Acer’s payment reminder process

Hamburg, April 9, 2019 – The fintech collectAI takes over the digital receivables management of Acer’s online shop. Acer Computer GmbH currently uses the AI-based software platform for smart payment reminders and consumer-oriented debt collection in six countries: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. At both, the B2B and B2C levels, the collectAI solution improved Acer’s collection rate to 95 percent.

Acer offers repair services towards its business and private clients, even outside the warranty period. The repairs conducted in the in-house service center in Ahrensburg are paid by invoice. The collectAI software controls the communication with the customer after invoicing. The self-learning AI adjusts the time window of the contact to achieve the best possible result. By email, SMS or letter he receives a message with a link to the landing page in the look and feel of the brand Acer. The language on the website depends on the browser setting, the customer pays with a few clicks via direct transfer, Paypal or other payment methods. If there are reasons why he should not settle the open amount directly, the landing page offers the possibility to enter directly into dialogue with Acer. The result: In the first months of cooperation, the realization rate was increased to 95 percent.
