collectAI with new brand appearance and website relaunch
collectAI, the company for digital receivables management, is relaunching its brand appearance combining it with a new internet presence. The new corporate identity adds a suitable face to the digital, AI based services of the Hamburg fintech firm. The new look is meant to provide more clarity and a higher brand recognition. Founded in 2016, the subsidiary of the Otto Group consults and serves clients across all industries. Its portfolio consists of fintech companies, banks, e-commerce platforms, insurers, publishing houses as well as utility companies and could soon expand to further sectors. Its geographical focus is on DACH, UK and the Nordics.

The collectAI logo remains a central brand element. Its incisive, modern typography has been developed into a name mark designation. It is supported by a unique “signet” resembling a flower which replicates and applies creatively the “c” and “o” from the brand name. The colour palette of the CI has been newly interpreted, reduced and partially adapted. collectAI places emphasis on a few bright and strong colour accents in combination with a darker, cooler shade. This selection is based on the claim to be perceived as modern, self-confident and in the same time trustworthy towards clients as well as consumers.
collectAI provides AI-based receivables services, covering the end-to-end process from e-invoice, dunning to debt collection. The company helps its clients balance between collection rates, costs and customer retention. Combining high automation and deep learning algorithms, collectAI digitises the whole process. This fundamentally improves the customer experience by putting the needs and behaviour of the end consumer to the centre of the service. collectAI is founded in 2016 and an affiliate company of the Otto Group, Germany’s largest online retailer. It currently has 25m EUR receivables under management and around 35 employees at its headquarters in Hamburg.
