Right of objection

Right of disclosure

You also have the option of having your personal data corrected, blocked or deleted at any time if the legal requirements are met. Personal data will be deleted if the collection or processing was inadmissible from the beginning, the processing or use proves to be inadmissible due to circumstances that have subsequently occurred, or knowledge of the data is no longer necessary for us to fulfill the underlying purpose of processing or use. Only the data that we need to complete outstanding tasks or to enforce our rights and claims is excluded from deletion, as well as data that we must keep in accordance with legal requirements. However, such data will be blocked.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymisation has been activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Use of Hubspot
collectAI uses Hubspot, a service of Hubspot Inc. on its web pages for analysis purposes. Hubspot is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. So-called “web beacons” are used and “cookies” are also set, which are stored on your computer and enable us to analyse your use of the website. The information collected (e.g. IP address, geographic location, browser type, length of visit and pages viewed) is analysed by Hubspot on behalf of collectAI to generate reports about the visit and the pages visited at collectAI. If collectAI email news is subscribed to and studies and other documents are obtained, Hubspot also allows us to link a user’s visits to collectAI web pages with personal information (primarily name/email address) on the basis of a given consent, thus recording personal data and informing users individually and specifically about preferred topics. If you do not want Hubspot to collect your personal information, you may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser at any time.
