“In order to speed up the hiring process, we decided to advertise a bonus of 5,000 euros for the successful placement of a senior R&D data scientist. I hope that this will significantly simplify and accelerate personnel recruitment, ”explains collectAI Managing Director Sebastian Hoop.

At the same time, the bonus for the internal employee referral program was doubled from 2,500 to 5,000 euros.

The internal program has so far proven very successful. “This gives us access to candidates who would otherwise be difficult or impossible to reach,” continued Paasch. On average, five recommendations led to four recruitments.

No, you can also recommend yourself and collect the bonus – as long as the recommendation leads to successful recruitment.

When will I receive the money?
The 5,000 euros will be transferred after the candidate has passed the trial period.
