Diversity as a Part of collectAI’s Corporate Culture
The Otto Group, our parent company, calls for diversity in its latest Diversity Report. Every employee should be offered the same opportunities, as well as a non-biased workplace – being an international fintech company we can identify ourselves very well. Diversity is an essential part of our corporate culture indeed.

To give only one example of the diversity dimensions: The 49 collectAI team members come from 13 nations with around 30 percent of women, lots of them in leadership roles. We live an open-minded corporate culture, with low hierarchies and a good mix of competencies in IT, and business.
